Grants
Elpida Therapeutics, in partnership with Let’s Cure Lucas, is seeking research and clinical grant applications focused on advancing therapies, natural history research, and meaningful clinical outcomes for children affected by RBM28-related disease. Funding priorities include gene therapy development, translational and preclinical research, biomarker development, supportive care initiatives, and studies aimed at better understanding disease progression, mobility decline, speech impairment, spasticity, and long-term neurological outcomes associated with RBM28 disorders.
Interested applicants must first submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) outlining the proposed project, anticipated impact, development timeline, and estimated budget. LOIs and all grant-related inquiries should be submitted to letscurelucas@gmail.com. Please note that no more than 10% institutional overhead will be accepted, with strong preference given to applications with 0% overhead to maximize direct support toward patient-focused research and therapeutic development for children and families impacted by RBM28 disease.
